One monthly payment. Your plan and any extra locations come together on one bill, on one card. Compass includes your listing: one price, £79 a month. Prices include any VAT.
Your data is yours. Your listing, every enquiry and every review download from your portal at any time, and when you leave, your patients stay yours.
Every way to pay: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link or Direct Debit, monthly. Practices and groups on an agreed price can also pay by invoice, by Direct Debit or bank transfer.
What You Keep, in Pounds
Every patient who finds you on Even Keel is yours in full: one flat monthly price, and every appointment fee stays with you. Here is the same new patient on three kinds of service.

A month with three first appointments at £60. On 35% + VAT, £75.60 goes to the marketplace. On 20% + VAT, £43.20. On Even Keel, £29 (£19 for the founding fifty), the same in a month with one new patient or ten.
A counsellor at £55 a session. One new client who stays for twelve sessions is £660 of work; on Harbour the month costs £29 whether one client arrives or five.
Beside advertising. One enquiry from a Google advert costs about £42.50 in UK health searches; a whole Harbour month is £29.
Marketplace figures are the published new-client fees of the two largest UK booking marketplaces in October 2026, each plus VAT at 20%. Prices include any VAT.

The first fifty listings to go live pay £19 a month on Harbour or £49 a month on Compass, and that price stays, whatever the standard price does later. Three terms, said plainly now:
- The price belongs to the listing.A new owner starts at the price of the day.
- It runs while the subscription runs.Cancel, and the founding price ends with it. Coming back later is at the price of the day.
- Fifty means fifty.The fifty-first listing pays the basic price.
The founding price is the discount: your plan at the founding price, plus £10 for each additional location, which is already the discounted rate. Founding members keep £19 and £49 inside a practice bill too.

The Enquiry Promise
Your first enquiry through Even Keel is promised in your first paid year: from the first day of year two, every month is free until it arrives. Billing carries on from the monthly renewal after it.
It comes with Harbour and Compass, founding fifty included. What keeps it: your listing live all year, confirmed at least every 90 days, and closed for 28 days or fewer in the year. An enquiry is a patient's request to you through Even Keel's form. Your portal's Grow tab shows where your promise stands, month by month.
On a practice bill (Mooring, Anchor and Lighthouse) it works seat by seat: each person's first paid year on the bill is judged on its own, and from the first day of their year two their own seat is free until their first enquiry arrives. The rest of the bill carries on as normal. A Flagship account has its own agreed price.
How Compass Is Earned
- Read the standard. Registration, insurance, CPD and complaints: the same four for everybody.
- Add your evidence in the Accreditation tab in your portal, then press Send for assessment. Your portal shows the date we aim to finish by.
- We assess it, with an in-person access check where practical.
- Then the pay button appears and you move to Compass. The difference is worked out to the day.
The assessment comes first and the payment second, so what you pay for is a standard you have met. A lapsed registration or insurance takes the badge off the same day, whatever the payment says.
Practices and Groups
Six plans in all, in two rows. Harbour and Compass are for one professional. Mooring, Anchor and Lighthouse put a whole practice on one bill, set up by the practice's owner: a seat for each professional who says yes to joining it, plus its locations. Each seat is priced by that professional's own standing, and a seat covers them and their listings at that practice. A practice bill includes its first location; each further location is £10 a month. Any locations of their own elsewhere go on a small bill of their own at £10 each, the location price alone. Flagship is agreed with a group of many sites, one price for everything.

A practice with a mix pays the everyday seat for some and the accredited seat for others, on one bill; it reads Lighthouse when every seat is accredited. For example, four physios across two sites pay 4 × £25 + £10 = £110 a month. A thank-you month that somebody on the bill has earned takes their own seat off one renewal. Running a practice?
