How reviews work
Updated 10 October 2026.
- Only after a real appointment. A review can only come from the patient of an appointment arranged through Even Keel.
- One review per appointment. Each invitation works once.
- From real appointments, read by a person. Every review comes from a patient with an appointment, and a person here reads every one.
- Kept separate from the order of results. Reviews sit on the profile; search follows the same rule for everybody.
How it works
After an appointment date, the patient receives one email with a private link. They say whether the appointment went ahead, whether the way in matched what we published, and, if they wish, how it went.
A profile shows how many reviews it has. The average appears once there are five, so it always reflects several patients.
If something looks wrong
Write to [email protected] with the profile and the review. A person at Even Keel reads every report, and removes a review that is untrue, unkind about a named person, or written by somebody other than the patient at the appointment.
Even Keel is run by Daniel West.
