Flagship is the Even Keel account for a group of many sites — a chain of clinics, health clubs and gyms, leisure centres, care. One price a month, agreed with you, covers everybody on the account at every location.

What the account includes

• One agreed price a monthSet with you for the size of your group, and reviewed together on a date we agree.
• Every locationEvery site your practice lists on Even Keel is covered, however many.
• Everybody on the accountEach professional says yes to joining in their own portal, and their listings at your sites are covered from that day.
• Measured access at every siteSteps, distances, doors and parking, measured and confirmed, so a disabled member knows what to expect before they arrive.
• Checked by Even KeelTwo routes for each club. Verified by Even Keel: your staff measure with our step-by-step guide and photographs, and Even Keel checks every figure, with an in-person visit to one club in ten. Measured by Even Keel: a trained Even Keel measurer visits. Either way, the access record shows it was checked by Even Keel, with the date.
• Flagship serviceYour own account manager at Even Keel, named in your portal with their email and telephone, and every message you send there answered within one working day. Your new starters come first in line: registrations checked within one working day, accreditation assessments finished within three.
• Accreditation stays personalEach professional earns the Even Keel badge in their own right, through the same assessment as everybody else.
• The same place in searchEvery plan has the same place in search.

How it works

1. Tell us about your group with the form below.
2. We talk it through: your sites, your people, and what your members need.
3. We agree one monthly price and a date to review it together. Prices include any VAT.
4. Your practice owner sets up the bill from their portal, and each professional says yes to joining it.

A single practice or a small team? The standard plans fit you exactly: a seat for each person, the first location included, and £10 a month for each location after it. A Flagship price starts from that same sum and reflects committing your whole estate.
